All the above details must be sent to us before or immediately upon placing the order as shopee has a tight deadline for us to ship out the products by. Within this short duration, we are required to have our artist do up the artwork and send the item for printing. As such, we require all the information to be present upon receiving the order. NOTE: This product does NOT play music. The spotify link sent to us will be converted into a scannable code. Scan the code on your spotify app on your mobile device and it will play the song/album on your mobile device.

NOTE: Boxes/Packaging is by availability. If available, keychains and S plaque will come in a small plain kraft box. M plaque mini stand comes in a plain cardboard pizza box. M LED, M Wood Base, LED and L Wood Base comes in a plain black cardboard box.

How to Get Spotify URL Code:
1) Open your song in spotify
2) Click the share button
3) Select copy link

NOTE:
1) Please note that once the order has been accepted, we will be unable to change the printed details on the acrylic. Please check that the squared photo, text lines (Case sensitive) and spotify URL is correct before sending it to us. If your photo/logo has transparent backgrounds, please contact us first, additional charges will apply.
2) Please allow some slight differences in alignment, sizing, etc. The photograph may also differ slightly in brightness from printing.
3) Boxes are provided when available.
4) You may request a change of timing on the plaque (left and right timing). Else, the 2 timings on the plaque are random and may vary. The timing numbers are NOT the song durations/timings.
5) The newer keychains and plaques will now have more “translucent” coloured icons.
