Silk Screen Printing Method

Silk Screen Printing

In the silk screen printing technique, a thick paste ink is forced through an inversed-stencil attached to a finely-woven mesh screen stretched over a frame. Ink is transferred to your desired substrate in the areas which are not covered or blocked by the stencil. The substrate could be anything ranging from a t-shirt or hoodie to even watch faces and glass items. And the screen is a fine mesh screen composing of natural fibers like silk or synthetic fibers like polyester. Silk Screen Printing is:

The Heat Transfer Printing method is another way to print your merchandise ranging from t shirts to hoodies and mugs. It is also known as Iron-on heat transfer at times. First, heat transfer printing is done on a heat transfer medium such as a vinyl-rubber type material or a heat transfer paper. A reverse image of the artwork is printed onto the film side of the chosen heat transfer medium. After this is done, heat is used to transfer the design from the heat transfer medium to your merchandise. Heat Transfer Printing is:

The Dye Sublimation Printing method uses Heat Sensitive Inks. These heat sensitive inks are printed on a coated heat resistant transfer paper as a reverse image of the design to be printed. After this, the heat sensitive inks are subject to a precise level of pressure and heat till they become a gas and infuse into the 100% polyester medium. Dye Sublimation Printing is:

The Foil Printing method uses a customized piece of metal with a reversed image of your design, called a die, to perform stamping, embossing or debossing. Foil stamping uses heat and pressure to press a flat, thin layer of metallic foil or pigment of your design onto the surface of paper. The most common colors for the metallic foil or pigment are gold and silver. Foil Printing is:
